Black Peony (Group) Co., Ltd. founded in 1940, is one of Asia’s Top and World-famous Denim facilities.
We are a Public Holding Company, vertically integrated Indigo denim fabric, yarn-dyed fabrics and garment manufacturing.
As of 2021, the company has total assets of more than 20 billion Yuan and have approximately 3000 employees. The brand “Black Peony” was registered in 1979. The company, as a pioneer in the Asia, marched into the Jean market in 1981and was then listed on the Shanghai Securities Exchange in 2002.

Since 2005, we have won the China Famous Brand, and Chinese Famous Product awards along with the Inspection-Free Export Business award, these awards have allowed us to become the National Export Brand for development by the Ministry of Commerce.
Our organization creates the complete industry cycle chain involved spinning, dying, weaving, fabric finishing, garment processing and export. Our denim fabric and finished garments are sold to more than 50 countries and regions in Europe, Asia and North America.
